  1. Heat olive oil in a large deep skillet over medium heat.
  2. Add the diced chicken and cook for 5 to 6 minutes until lightly browned.
  3. Stir in the onion and garlic and cook for 2 minutes.
  4. Add the shredded cabbage and paprika then toss well.
  5. Pour in the lemon juice and season with salt and pepper.
  6. Cook for another 8 to 10 minutes until cabbage softens.
  7. Finish with chopped parsley and serve warm.
