Description

Creamy Low FODMAP Overnight Oats made with rolled oats, lactose-free milk, chia seeds, strawberries, and maple syrup. This easy no-cook breakfast takes just 5 minutes to prepare and is perfect for busy mornings.

Ingredients
  • ½ cup rolled oats
  • ½ cup lactose-free milk
  • 1 tablespoon chia seeds
  • 1 tablespoon pure maple syrup
  • ½ teaspoon vanilla extract
  • ¼ cup fresh strawberries, sliced
  • Pinch of cinnamon, optional
Instructions

    Add the rolled oats and chia seeds to a jar or small container.
