Creamy Low FODMAP Overnight Oats made with rolled oats, lactose-free milk, chia seeds, strawberries, and maple syrup. This easy no-cook breakfast takes just 5 minutes to prepare and is perfect for busy mornings.

  1. Add the rolled oats and chia seeds to a jar or small container.
  2. Pour in the lactose-free milk, maple syrup, and vanilla extract.
  3. Stir thoroughly until everything is evenly combined.
  4. Gently stir in the sliced strawberries.
  5. Cover and refrigerate for at least 4 hours, preferably overnight.
  6. Stir well before serving.
  7. Add a splash of lactose-free milk if the oats are too thick.
  8. Top with additional fresh strawberries if desired and serve.
