A filling high-protein chicken skillet packed with cabbage and bright lemon flavour.

Ingredients:
  • 2 chicken breasts diced
  • 1 tbsp olive oil
  • 1 small onion sliced
  • 3 garlic cloves minced
  • 1/2 large cabbage shredded
  • 1 lemon juiced
  • 1 tsp paprika
  • 2 tbsp chopped parsley
  • Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions

    Heat olive oil in a large deep skillet over medium heat.

    Add the diced chicken and cook for 5 to 6 minutes until lightly browned.

    Stir in the onion and garlic and cook for 2 minutes.

    Add the shredded cabbage and paprika then toss well.

    Pour in the lemon juice and season with salt and pepper.

    Cook for another 8 to 10 minutes until cabbage softens.

Note
