Preheat your oven to 180°C / 350°F.

Cook the pasta until just tender then drain.

In a large bowl mix Greek yogurt milk cheddar mustard garlic powder salt and pepper.

Stir in the cooked pasta tuna chopped eggs and peas.

Transfer everything to a casserole dish.

Sprinkle with breadcrumbs if using.

Bake for 20 to 25 minutes until hot and lightly golden.

Note
Use wholewheat pasta for extra fibre. Add a little more milk before baking if the mixture looks too thick.
