Lightly grease a medium casserole dish,
In a large bowl combine cooked rice diced ham cream of chicken soup sour cream frozen peas garlic powder onion powder and half of the cheddar cheese,
Season with salt and black pepper then stir until combined,
Spread the mixture evenly into the casserole dish,
Sprinkle the remaining cheddar cheese over the top,
Bake uncovered for 35 to 40 minutes until hot bubbly and golden,
Rest for 5 minutes before serving,
Garnish with parsley if desired,
